Alfred Moy was born on 13 March 1897 at Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. He was the son of Edith Mary Moy. He was killed after falling from a train on his way to join HMS ADAMANT in Brindisi. He is buried at Fiorenzuola d’Arda Communal Cemetery near Piacenza, Emilia-Romagna, Italy.
