Cuthbert Parrick was born at Portsmouth on 28 April 1895, the son of Edward Philip and Mary Catherine Parrick, of 32, The Avenue, Watling St., Gillingham, Kent. He served at the Battle of Jutland in the destroyer HMS CHAMPION before joining HMS G9. He is commemorated on the Chatham Naval Memorial Panel 23.
