HMS PARTHIAN (Lt C A Pardoe) sailed from Malta on 22 July 1943 for a patrol in the southern Adriatic but failed to arrive at Beirut on 14 August. She was lost with All Hands, presumed mined on or about 7 August 1943, in the southern Adriatic.
