On June 10th, 2023, Merseyside Submariners Association in collaboration with HMS Eaglet’s Old and Bold Affiliation, conducted our annual remembrance service at Our Lady and St Nicholas Church in Liverpool. The Annual remembrance service serves as an opportunity for both the MSA and OBA to remember all those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice.
On completion of a successful service attended by members of the MSA and OBA, including the president of MSA Vice Admiral Sir Paul Lambert KCB KStJ and XO of HMS Eaglet Lt Cdr Oliver RNR, everyone retired to the Cornmarket pub for some ‘Tea an Stickies’.
